SELECT & BETTER
	Visual Characteristics • The cathedral grain pattern of Select & Better White Ash contrasts well with its creamy-white to light brown tones. • White ash’s natural durability creates a hard floor, suitable for high-traffic areas. • Sound knots with small checks, stain, and developing sticker shadow are permitted, as are sound defects, if machined smooth. • Select & Better grade is free from shake.

• A refined, bright-white floor with subtle grain character. Crisp, clear, consistent color is achieved through a strict selection process dedicated to retaining the purest, white sapwood.

AUTUMN CHESTNUT DAWN HONEY SAND TOFFEE

CLEAR RUSTIC   Visual Characteristics • Nature’s perfect Oak floor. With pure golden-tan heartwood, restricted from any defining character marks, Clear Oak has a consistent, uniform appearance with subtle natural color variation, and a classic cathedral grain pattern. • Renowned for its toughness and durability, Oak makes a hard floor, well-suited for high-traffic areas. • Clear grade is free of knots, holes, stain, shake, rot, checking, mineral streak, and sticker shadow. Visual Characteristics • A naturally colorful floor with many sound character marks, Rustic Oak combines medium to dark heartwood and bright-white to olive-colored sapwood. • Rustic grade creates a very durable floor, well-suited for informal natural settings. • Sound knots with small checks, small holes, stain, and sound defects, if solid and machined smooth, are permitted. • Rustic grade is free from shake and unsound defects.

Muskoka Prefinished Hardwood Flooring is proud of present its new line-up of Architectural Collection exotics, including Brazilian Cherry, Doussier, and Merbau. Characterized by deep, rich tones and naturally dense, these species are extremely durable and wear-resistant. Bonded to our five-ply core and protected with eight coats of ultra-violet cured polyurethane, enhanced with aluminum oxide, Architectural Exotics are well suited for high-traffic areas. The warm colors and refined grain patterns of Muskoka Architectural Collection Exotics make them a breathtaking choice for any room in the house.

BRAZILIAN CHERRY	DOUSSIER	MERBAU
Visual Characteristics • The natural golden lustre of Brazilian Cherry highlights its unique tonal qualities. Heartwood can range from a subtle salmon-red to orangey-brown, and is accentuated with brown and russet brown streaks. Its medium-to-coarse interlocking grain helps to create a floor of eye-catching beauty • Brazilian Cherry matches well with other exotic species. It is extremely durable and hard-wearing, able to accentuate any high-traffic area in your home. • Sound knots limited in size and quantity along with character marks are permitted. • This grade is free of shake, rot, stain and sticker shadow.	Visual Characteristics • With a medium range of color variation between golden tan and darker orangey-brown, Architectural Collection Doussier will darken over time into a deep ochre tone. • Doussier’s lighter sapwood contrasts nicely with its reddish-brown heartwood, which complements this species’ somewhat irregular, interlocked grain. A very dense hardwood, Doussier is quite durable, making it suitable for high-traffic areas. • Sound knots limited in size and quantity along with character marks are permitted. • This grade is free of shake, rot, stain and sticker shadow.	Visual Characteristics • A medium-toned brown wood with reddish-orange highlights and hints of copper, Architectural Collection Merbau occasionally exhibits attractive gold flecks within its pores. • Even textured, with a relatively straight, somewhat interlocked grain pattern, Merbau will darken with time into a deep orange to reddish brown. • A very dense species, Merbau is well-suited for high-traffic areas. • Sound knots limited in size and quantity along with character marks are permitted. • This grade is free of shake, rot, stain and sticker shadow.
